In an interview with DC Film Girl, Meaghan Oppenheimer, the showrunner of Tell Me Lies, shared her thoughts about a possible third season. She mentioned that while she had a solid plan for Season 2 well ahead of time, Season 3 is still a bit of a mystery. She said, “It’s definitely still a creative process. I have lots of ideas for what could happen, but it’s all uncharted territory for now.” Oppenheimer also believes that some characters still need closure, suggesting there’s much more story to explore if Season 3 happens.
Emma Roberts, one of the executive producers, also chimed in, expressing her enthusiasm for another season by stating, “We need a Season 3.” While this doesn’t officially greenlight the new season yet, it shows that the team behind the show knows there’s a lot more to share with viewers.
When might Tell Me Lies season 3 premiere?
The chances of getting a Season 3 look quite promising, primarily because the show has been performing exceptionally well on Hulu. According to Flix Patrol, it has consistently ranked in the Top 10 since Season 2 started on September 4, even hitting the number one spot multiple times!
