After being seen together in Spain over the weekend, Shakira and Lewis Hamilton are said to be dating. On Sunday night, June 4, the two were spotted having dinner together. The couple is said to have met for the first time at Cipriani in Downtown Miami.
Hamilton’s success at the Spanish Grand Prix, where he finished in second position, was earlier on Sunday celebrated by a group of people that included Mustafa the Poet and Kendall Jenner’s friend Fai Khadra. He was seen at one point with his arm wrapped around Shakira’s waist as they posed for a group pic. Hamilton lately even joked that he needs to look for a “Latina” girlfriend.
Hamilton and Shakira were first spotted together last month. The two haven’t officially announced their relationship, despite the fact that many fans have believed they are dating. Last month, Shakira, a mother of two children, was photographed boating with a group in Miami. Hamilton was also seen among the group. As she boarded the yacht outside her waterfront mansion, the athlete was spotted assisting her.
This follows Shakira’s bitter separation from Gerard Piqué in June. Pique reportedly cheated on her and they parted ways. They started dating in 2011 and were together for 11 years. Shakira and Pique first met on the set of her song ‘Waka Waka’ in 2010.
