In the midst of federal raids on Sean “Diddy” Combs’ properties and escalating sexual assault charges, including sex trafficking claims, federal officials allegedly visited the rapper’s Los Angeles residence. Diddy’s boys were seen handcuffed outside their Beverly Hills home. Despite the scandal, Combs returned to Instagram to share Easter celebrations with his 17-month-old daughter Love, a lovely moment despite the ongoing legal drama and public attention.
Love, the daughter of Sean “Diddy” Combs, celebrated Easter Sunday in style. The music mogul, who co-parents with Dana Tran, shared a couple of photos of his 17-month-old daughter on Instagram. Sharing the pics, he penned, “HAPPY EASTER from Baby Love,”.
Diddy’s Easter post featuring his daughter came after the raid of two of the Bad Boy Records founder’s houses earlier in the week, amidst allegations of sex trafficking. In recent months, Combs has been accused of sexual assault and similar charges in five different lawsuits, two of which specifically mention allegations of sex trafficking.
Combs’ lawyer responded to the raids on his residences with a statement criticizing the actions that were carried out. Aaron Dyer, Diddy’s attorney, told People, “There was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences. There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.”
He added, “This unprecedented ambush — paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence — leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits. There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”
