Weeks after violent surveillance footage from 2016 came to light, revealing Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ caught in the act of assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in California, his former makeup artist has come forward, stating that she once heard him beat the Is It You songstress during a previous hotel stay in 2010.

The alleged incident is said to have occurred before the 2016 assault that made news earlier this month. In that assault, Cassie was forcefully grabbed by her shirt, kicked repeatedly and dragged through the hotel corridor by Combs. CNN shared the exclusive footage of the assault.

Mylah Morales, who used to work with Cassie and Diddy, has revealed yet another claimed incident of physical abuse directed at the Me & U singer during the former couple’s hotel stay in 2010.

Morales told CNN’s Laura Coates on Thursday, “I have kept this secret for, like, 14 years.” She described the alleged attack, stating, “All I could hear was screaming and yelling… Whatever was going on in [the hotel bedroom], I don’t know, but all I could think of was to grab Cassie’s things and start packing it up and just getting her out to safety and bringing her to my house.”

Morales also told CNN that after the incident, she saw Ventura “badly beaten” as she came out of the room where she and P. Diddy had an encounter. Morales went on to say that Cassie had “knots on her head, black eye, busted lip.”

When questioned whether they ever reported the incident to the police, Cassie’s ex-makeup artist, who is now a close friend, stated that they weren’t sure what to do at the time “because Puffy is a very powerful person” and were “terrified” of him.
