The recent lawsuit filed by Trevor Phillips reveals Kanye West’s disturbing behaviour. He alleges to have faced “severe discrimination, harassment, and retaliation” while working as Director of Visions and Design at Kanye West’s Yeezy firm, after which he took on more responsibilities at Donda Academy.

Past the documents made public by Page Six, Phillips alleges that West threatened to shave Donda Academy children’ hair and suggested installing cages at the school as a security measure.

Phillips says that West occasionally raised antisemitic views even while on the school compound, going so far as to want to “shave their heads” and “intended to put a jail at the school.”

According to Phillips, in December 2022, over an evening dinner for Nobu Malibu, West used language that degraded Jewish people as if they were inferior and even had the audacity to hail Hitler as an innovator and say that the Holocaust was false.

The claim states, “What was meant to be a meeting with his boss about Donda Academy, its curriculum and horticulture, ended up being antisemitic and bigoted soliloquy-topped off with sexual harassment.”

Furthermore, the former Yeezy employee claims that West threatened the LGBTQ community, alleging that after their sushi was served, West announced his plan to target the homosexual population, saying,  “’Yeah I’m going for the gays! FIRST the Jews, THEN the gays!’” Phillips also alleges that West blamed Bill Gates for controlling homosexuality. During the meeting, West allegedly faked masturbation while talking about sex and made obscene remarks.

Phillips also claims West boasted about spending $20 million of the school’s budget on a trip to Paris and “treated black employees palpably worse than white employees..”
