The practice of not having sex or remaining unmarried is known as celibacy. Not one you see very often in Tinsel Town, though! The Uncut Gems actress did, however, disclose that she has been practising celibacy for more than two years and that she is loving it. The well-known dating app Bumble ran a big billboard in the city that read, “A vow of celibacy is not the answer,” as part of its advertising campaign.
In response to the message, the 34-year-old actress stated, “2.5 years of celibacy and never been better tbh.” Her comment shocked many, leading to praises and debates on attaining inner peace. Many individuals congratulated Fox and shared their own decisions regarding abstaining from sex.
One person reacted to her reply, “Gosh, [as] if I didn’t think you could give me another reason [to] admire you as much as I already do.” “True that Julia, I’ve been celibate for 20 years myself and it gets better each year,” another said.
