Joaquin Phoenix, Lady Gaga’s ‘Joker 2’ 1st poster out, trailer releases on THIS date
Todd Phillips’ forthcoming musical psychological thriller Joker 2 (also known as Joker: Folie à Deux) has a new poster released by Warner Bros. Lady Gaga will be joining the cast and Joaquin Phoenix will play the same role he played in the 2019 original film. The production house also disclosed the date of the much-anticipated trailer’s release.
When Joker 2 Trailer be out?
The recently released poster has Joaquin Phoenix’s Arthur Fleck, also known as the Joker, striking a classic ballroom dance pose alongside Lady Gaga’s character Harley Quinn. Both of them are dressed properly, with a white dress and a black tuxedo, respectively. For a change, they are wearing their clown makeup and have serious faces.
The Joker 2 official trailer is set to release on April 9. This will create enough buzz before the movie’s October 4 release. Remarkably, on October 2, 2019, the first instalment, Joker, was released at almost the same time.

Everything about Joker 2
The original film tells the story of Arthur Fleck, an unsuccessful clown who decides to become a criminal. The sequel will be a musical, with pop icon Lady Gaga joining the cast. The jukebox musical will have 15 cover songs with a budget of $200 million.
The Joker 2 sequel’s tone shift to a musical makes perfect sense, according to Zazie Beetz, who will also play Sophie again. She said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, “I can see Arthur, who is feeling and experiencing so much, dancing and singing about it. He’s the Joker, so I think it makes sense to me.”
