Dr. Darrick Antell, a New York City-based plastic surgeon, is less certain about the nose job but suggested that her more refined nose could have been achieved with non-surgical rhinoplasty using filler. Dr. Joel Kopelman, another New York-based surgeon, believes Ivanka may have had multiple rhinoplasties and possibly Botox injections in her masseter muscles to slim her jawline.
