Bridgerton Season 3: Speculated release date, cast, plot and what we know so far
Bridgerton’s debut season was the fans’ ultimate favorite. The second season continues the tradition established by the previous one by faithfully visualizing the narrative of the eldest brother Anthony’s (Jonathan Bailey) infatuation with the innocent Kate Sharma. This will unavoidably cause you to think of the Darcy and Lizzy love story cliche.
The fans thoroughly enjoyed Bridgerton’s debut season. Following the precedent set by the first season, its successor does not fail to graphically retell Anthony (Jonathan Bailey), the eldest brother, and Kate Sharma’s (Kate Sharma) love tale, which will unavoidably bring to mind the Darcy and Lizzy love story cliche.

Fans have been impatiently waiting for season 3 of Bridgerton ever since season 2 of the show debuted on the streaming platform. For those who are unaware, the Netflix original series Bridgerton was adapted by Shona Rhimes’ Shondaland Productions. It was based on a series of eight books by Julia Quinn. Bridgerton Season 3: Plot
According to Netflix, the official logline of Bridgerton Season 3 reads, “From Shondaland and new showrunner, Jess Brownell, Bridgerton is back for its third season and finds Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) has finally given up on her long-held crush on Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) after hearing his disparaging words about her last season. She has, however, decided it’s time to take a husband, preferably one who will provide her with enough independence to continue her double life as Lady Whistledown, far away from her mother and sisters. But lacking in confidence, Penelope’s attempts on the marriage mart fail spectacularly.
Meanwhile, Colin has returned from his summer travels with a new look and a serious sense of swagger. But he’s disheartened to realize that Penelope, the one person who always appreciated him as he was, is giving him the cold shoulder. Eager to win back her friendship, Colin offers to mentor Penelope in the ways of confidence to help her find a husband this season. But when his lessons start working a little too well, Colin must grapple with whether his feelings for Penelope are truly just friendly. Complicating matters for Penelope is her rift with Eloise (Claudia Jessie), who has found a new friend in a very unlikely place, while Penelope’s growing presence in the ton makes it all the more difficult to keep her Lady Whistledown alter ego a secret.”
Bridgerton Season 3: Release Date
Given that the third season’s filming is complete, it is only reasonable to anticipate that it will air by the end of 2023 or the beginning of 2024. However, we are still unsure if the show has completed the post-production phase.
