Chris Van Dusen produced the American historical fiction-romance streaming television series Bridgerton for Netflix. It is Shondaland’s first written show for Netflix, based on Julia Quinn’s book series. The first season will premiere on December 25, 2020. On March 25, 2022, the second season premiered. The series got renewed for a third and fourth season in April 2021.

Bridgerton Season 3: What is the plotline?

Currently, the plotline of the upcoming season is still kept under the wraps. According to the reports, Bridgerton would deviate from the Julia Quinn series book order and exclude the third novel, as originally revealed by Shonda Rhimes. The series will leap to Penelope and Colin’s tale in Romancing Mister Bridgerton rather than Benedict’s story in An Offer from a Gentleman.
