Supermodel Bella Hadid has revealed that she is leaving her glamorous career to start over in Texas with her “partner” Adan Banuelo.
According to people.com, Hadid said to Allure magazine, “After 10 years of modelling, I realised I was putting so much energy and love and effort into something that, in the long run, wasn’t necessarily giving back to me.”
She said her life in Texas is different from her previous one because she’s made great friendships with people she hangs out with and they make her feel like she’s having the “best time,” never feeling like she has to do “too much” to get ready for a night out.
“For the first time now, I’m not putting on a fake face. If I don’t feel good, I won’t go. If I don’t feel good, I take time for myself… And I’ve never had the opportunity to do that or say that before,” she stated.
The supermodel also said, “Now when anybody sees me in pictures and they say, I look happy, I genuinely am. I am feeling better; my bad days now were my old good days.”
Hadid has been gradually improving her mental and physical health in the past year. She had talked about her struggle with Lyme illness on social media, stating that she is “finally healthy.”
