The last three seasons of The Boys have captured the attention of superhero fans who always looked for power and action. Homelander, the antagonist in the Prime Video series, is superpowered yet has an evil mind.

Based on Garth Ennis’ popular comic series, the Prime Video series has captivated the industry, leaving fans wanting more. Until now, The Boys has had three seasons and two spinoffs.

Homelander, played by Antony Starr, has been shown to be a narcissistic and harsh character in previous seasons.

Despite being the series’s antagonist, Homelander has an immense impact on a lot of individuals. Homelander has faced a similar fate as a new trend among moviegoers that causes them to love and understand the villain even more.

His actions in the series have recently led to his being idolized by The Boys’ fans. However, the actor has come out in protest.

During a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times, Starr talked about fans who are seen adoring the character. He said Homelander is “clearly not a good guy,” but “there’s a weird element out there that actually kind of idolize him.” The actor stated that he had come across some fans on social media who had been hero-worshiping Homelander, leading Starr to say, “Wait, What? You are missing the point entirely!”
