Angelina Jolie accuses Brad Pitt of physical abuse that ‘started well before’ 2016 plane incident
New court documents from Angelina Jolie’s legal team accuse Brad Pitt of a disturbing pattern of abuse. The Hollywood star is currently dealing with new claims of physical violence towards Jolie, following his win in a court case over the “War of the Roses.” These charges surfaced shortly after the actor’s most recent move, which followed a court verdict on the French vineyard he co-owned with Jolie.
Following the recent victory in the Chateau Miraval estate case, it was previously reported that Pitt’s legal team is attempting to sue Jolie for failing to provide him with the ‘first refusal’ as agreed. Jolie’s legal team, on the other side, claims that Pitt stopped her from selling her share of the winery until she signed an ‘onerous’ and ‘expansive’ Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which she refused to do.
“While Pitt’s history of physical abuse of Jolie started well before the family’s September 2016 plane trip from France to Los Angeles, this flight marked the first time he turned his physical abuse on the children as well. Jolie then immediately left him.”
Court filings show that Brad Pitt was allegedly abusive towards Angelina Jolie before the infamous 2016 aircraft incident involving their children, and Jolie filed for divorce shortly after. According to new reports, Pitt allegedly suggested to Jolie a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that would prevent her from talking about any of Pitt’s personal misconduct.
