Phoebe Dynevor to feature in new shark thriller; Everything we know so far
Phoebe Dynevor, who gained popularity on Netflix for her portrayal of Daphne Bridgerton in the popular series “Bridgerton,” has secured an important role in a forthcoming shark thriller. Tommy Wirkola, the filmmaker of “Violent Night,” will helm this new, untitled film, which Sony Pictures’ Adam McKay and Kevin Messick are producing.
Although the thriller’s specific story is yet unknown, it has been reported that production will begin in Australia this summer.
Dynevor’s career is about to take a major turn as she moves from television to big-screen blockbusters with this role.
Dynevor has had remarkable success in his career. She co-starred with Matthew Goode and David Morrissey in the 2021 film “The Colour Room,” in which she portrayed the real-life artist Clarice Cliff. Her return to Netflix with the Chloe Domont-directed thriller “Fair Play” demonstrated her acting versatility and earned her praise from critics.
The actress has also taken part in thought-provoking projects. She recently appeared in Jack Cooper Stimpson’s short film ‘More Flames,’ a comedic-satirical take on the climate crisis that also featured Bella Ramsey and Amar Chadha-Patel.
