During her postpartum fitness journey, Witney committed to drinking at least four liters of water daily and cut out sugars for 30 days. She shifted her focus to protein-packed meals eaten every two hours, ensuring she never felt deprived or tempted to reach for less healthy options.

“It’s a lot about preparation and just making sure you have the right things with you, so that you’re not starving and then eating something that makes you feel horrible,” she explained.

Witney’s meal plans are a family affair, too. The Carsons eat the same healthy meals, so separate prep isn’t necessary—making her routine both practical and sustainable.
