Leone reassured fans during a Q&A session that there will indeed be a Terrifier 4. Initially, he suggested that this sequel would conclude the series, expressing concerns about overstaying its welcome. However, as he began planning Terrifier 4, he realized that he had more to explore within the franchise, hinting at the possibility of a fifth film to fully flesh out his vision. He noted, “Can I fit it in one more movie, or is it maybe going to take me two movies before I get there?”

Additionally, Terrifier 3 is reported to take place on Christmas Eve, leaving the storyline open for further development in the next film. Fans are excited to see how the narrative will evolve and what gruesome surprises await them in Terrifier 4.
