According to jail documents obtained by PEOPLE, Chelsea was first arrested on September 10, 2024, on charges of child neglect, methamphetamine possession, and maintaining a drug trafficking place. She was released later that month after posting a $2,000 bond.

However, Chelsea found herself in trouble again in October. She was booked into the Oconto County Jail on October 11 and remains in custody. The latest charges against her include felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, and bail jumping, along with misdemeanor charges for obstructing an officer and possessing drug paraphernalia. Despite the serious nature of these charges, Rosie continues to hold out hope that Chelsea can overcome her addiction challenges.
