After the huge success of the Narcos franchise, Netflix is going deep into another biographical series about Griselda Blanco’s drug empire, starring Sofia Vergara. The new limited series has completed filming and will be available on Netflix soon.

The show initially became known in November 2021, when Illuminerdi reported that a Narcos spin-off was in the works with the same team. Here’s everything you need to know about Griselda season 1.

Netflix affirmed in May 2023 that the forthcoming series surrounding the lives of Griselda Blanco and Sofia Vergara and their drug empire will be released in the Fall of 2023.
